Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compelling design concepts for corporate communications across various channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative directors and project managers, to deliver high-quality design work.
• Engage in hands-on design tasks, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the projects.
• Create brand identities and style guides for special projects, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision.
• Produce engaging content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, and the corporate website.
• Participate in photo shoot direction and planning for larger creative projects.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or a related field.
• A minimum of four years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with solid digital design and UX skills.
• Strong conceptual development and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing for social media and understanding current trends in digital marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Creative thinking and a passion for continuous improvement in design practices.
