We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Principal Data Integration & Reporting Enablement Lead. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead data integration efforts and support enterprise reporting through innovative technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead vendor data integration initiatives for the enterprise reporting platform.
- Collaborate with business leaders and external vendors to ensure accurate data integration.
- Design and implement data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Databricks.
- Define and enforce standard data models and quality rules for consistent reporting.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data integration.
- Support enterprise reporting through Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues and operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain documentation and support artifacts for sustainability.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in data integration, data engineering, or enterprise reporting.
- Hands-on expertise in designing data integrations with Azure Databricks.
- Strong understanding of data standardization, modeling, and quality management.
- Experience in regulated healthcare environments is essential.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-driven analytics or data visualization solutions.
- Familiarity with document management or communications-related data domains.
- Background in supporting enterprise-wide reporting platforms or data modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance practices in healthcare.
