Responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging user experiences across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project goals.
• Conduct design discovery to understand user needs and improve accessibility.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Participate in Agile development processes to ensure timely project delivery.
• Facilitate user testing sessions and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.

Skills

• 5 to 10 years of experience in UX design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital product design and development processes.
