Skills

• Proven experience in desktop support and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ability to learn and apply technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with remote desktop assistance tools and service management software.
• Experience with automation and scripting to streamline support processes.
• Knowledge of tools such as SCCM, JamF, and collaboration platforms like Zoom and MS Teams.
