We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive business solutions and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and outcomes for optimal solutions.
• Develop comprehensive business requirements documentation following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project management and solution delivery teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend strategic solutions.
• Work closely with testing teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of test plans.

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience in both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Proficient in requirements management tools and capable of constructing use case diagrams and process flows.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with content management and digital platforms, particularly Adobe AEM.
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP or equivalent) is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and learn new technologies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
