Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of software releases across various environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Coordinate with vendors to align telehealth and SaaS platform updates with existing systems.
- Drive decision-making processes for release readiness and conduct thorough post-release evaluations.
- Ensure all releases comply with HIPAA and security standards, managing risks to patient data and care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance release processes and improve key performance indicators.
Skills
- Proven experience in release management, DevOps, or IT service management within regulated environments.
- Expertise in coordinating releases for vendor-supported SaaS platforms.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
- Experience in handling sensitive data in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Familiarity with ITIL release and change management practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with telehealth or digital health platforms.
- Knowledge of EHR integrations such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- ITIL certification or experience in SRE/incident management.
