Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces that improve user interaction and experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Utilize design systems and tools like Figma to create visually appealing designs.
- Participate in the software development life cycle, including analysis, construction, testing, and implementation.
- Lead the development and support of IT solutions across various platforms and technologies.
- Research and recommend new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in UI development with a strong focus on design systems.
- Proficient in Figma and other design tools.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies and interaction design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices in UI design.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.
