We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing manufacturing technology programs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation and efficiency in our operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking progress and identifying risks to ensure alignment with project milestones.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clinical teams, functional partners, and leadership, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects, ensuring smooth execution and resource coordination.
- Utilize project management tools to maintain dashboards and status reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and lead mitigation efforts while promoting continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management, particularly within manufacturing or technology development environments.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project outcomes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in regulated environments or medical device industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with clinical study lifecycles and related project management methodologies.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience in project management best practices.
- Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
