Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clinical teams, functional partners, and leadership, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects, ensuring smooth execution and resource coordination.
• Utilize project management tools to maintain dashboards and status reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and lead mitigation efforts while promoting continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Skills

• Proven experience in project management, particularly within manufacturing or technology development environments.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated environments or medical device industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with clinical study lifecycles and related project management methodologies.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience in project management best practices.
• Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members.
