We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a Warehouse position that offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellence in fulfilling hardware deployment and inventory management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the fulfillment of hardware deployment and recovery requests for users, ensuring accurate stocking, picking, tracking, and shipping of equipment.
• Conduct detailed inventory management and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Configure and apply necessary firmware for hardware items as required.
• Perform break/fix operations to ensure hardware functionality and address issues promptly.
• Build and maintain effective business relationships with team members and users through clear communication.
• Adapt to changing priorities and provide appropriate services as needed throughout the workday.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute established processes accurately.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing over 25 lbs and operate in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Demonstrated analytical skills to solve problems and improve processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications for MacBook Air and Pro models, and Dell Client Foundations Certification.
• Experience working in inventory systems or related environments.
• Familiarity with hardware fulfillment processes and break/fix operations.
