We are seeking a detail-oriented Privacy Operations Project Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to support vital vendor privacy validation efforts in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Validate and assess third-party vendors to ensure they meet privacy and operational requirements.
• Evaluate vendor readiness for Data Subject Rights (DSR) integrations using a risk-based framework.
• Document and gather necessary technical, legal, and operational details from vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Privacy, Legal, Security, and Engineering teams to streamline processes.
• Create and manage a prioritized vendor backlog with clear requirements and tracking of progress.
• Support ongoing improvements related to vendor onboarding and privacy compliance initiatives.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or program coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Able to work independently and navigate ambiguous situations effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with privacy, data protection, or compliance programs such as GDPR or CCPA.
• Familiarity with Data Subject Rights (DSR) workflows or related tools.
• Proficient in using project management tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable tasks for engineering teams.
