Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing managers and writers to develop engaging email templates that align with brand standards.
• Design scalable email templates that ensure optimal performance across digital platforms.
• Work with cross-functional teams to elevate the brand aesthetic using design elements like color, typography, and imagery.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Conduct research on industry trends to keep the design approach fresh and relevant.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a design role, either in-house or at an agency.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of digital design principles with a solid portfolio demonstrating design mastery.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute positively to team dynamics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI tools to enhance creative output and prototype concepts.
• A background in marketing design, particularly in email campaigns.
• Fluency in additional languages, such as Spanish or Mandarin, is a plus.
• A genuine passion for art, design, and branding.
