Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll lead exciting creative initiatives and manage product design calendars across multiple seasons. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for organization and communication.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of a Seasonal Creative Kick Off Event, ensuring all logistics and timelines are met.
- Develop and manage detailed calendars for product design and creative direction, collaborating with various teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, overseeing on-site setups and identifying potential risks.
- Build and maintain tracking status documents to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Partner with teams to align creative direction with the Global GTM Process.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management operations, with a focus on internal milestone planning.
- Strong understanding of the product design production process from concept to delivery.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create visual calendars and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the outdoor or apparel industry.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools like Wrike, Smartsheet, AirTable, Coupa, PowerPoint/Keynote, and Figma.
