Join our team as an Instructional Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting engaging and effective communication and training content for our Finance community. This remote position offers the opportunity to work on exciting Oracle Finance platform implementations.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage all stakeholder communications, ensuring they are visually appealing and tailored to engage Finance users.
• Develop comprehensive training materials, including learning decks, process guides, and video tutorials, to support a Train-the-Trainer model.
• Design and maintain SharePoint project sites as central hubs for training content and resources.
• Facilitate meetings and sessions with senior Finance stakeholders, ensuring productive and engaging interactions.
• Support the Senior Change Manager with change documentation and resistance tracking tools.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, corporate communications, or training content development.
• Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create structured learning experiences.
• Exceptional written communication skills and a keen eye for design and presentation.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Stream/Clipchamp, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a formal change management role or with Oracle EPM implementations.
• Certification in change management or instructional design (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, ATD CPTD).
• Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand Finance environments.
• Visual design skills with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
