Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive test strategies and governance across various projects.
• Serve as the primary accountability figure for test readiness and release approvals.
• Guide and manage offshore QA teams and vendor collaborations.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide clear status updates, risk assessments, and executive-level communications.
• Implement testing standards and drive continuous improvements in quality and automation.

Skills

• Extensive experience in QA leadership roles, particularly in Salesforce testing environments.
• Proven track record in managing portfolio-level testing across multiple releases.
• Strong understanding of QA governance, metrics, and enterprise testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Jira/X-Ray and automation tools like Playwright, Appium, and Karate.
• Experience with API and ETL testing using tools such as Apigee and Informatica.
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools like Copilot.
