Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic change management plans to support IT system implementations and minimize business disruption.
• Engage with stakeholders to assess needs and deliver tailored communication strategies that promote project objectives.
• Design and execute change management tactics, including stakeholder engagement plans and communication channels.
• Conduct organizational readiness assessments and develop action plans to address change impacts effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and understanding of change initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts and continuously improve processes and templates based on feedback.

• Proven experience in organizational change management and communication methodologies.
