We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a new emerging business in transportation, focusing on recruiting top-tier talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage a recruitment pipeline designed to hire up to 80 candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Engage with candidates to address initial inquiries and assess their fit for the role.
• Organize and compile supporting documentation for the recruitment process, including resumes and candidate information.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, facilitating a positive candidate experience.
• Provide a seamless transition of selected candidates to hiring managers for offer generation.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• At least 8 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of various recruiting concepts and practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with candidates and team members.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in recruiting for high-volume positions, particularly in the tech or transportation sectors.
• Familiarity with using tracking mechanisms to provide visibility to the recruitment pipeline.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, startup environment.
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for supporting new business initiatives.
