Join our team as a Marketing Communications Lead, where you'll spearhead a global brand integration initiative, ensuring seamless branding across diverse platforms and locations. This role blends project management with hands-on marketing execution, supporting sales enablement and global trade show initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal communications to align with the organization's strategic vision and engage employees in company initiatives.
- Create and publish engaging content, including videos and photography, on company platforms to maintain consistency in communication.
- Collaborate with legal and other departments to address communication-related issues and develop strategies to promote organizational goals.
- Measure and present the results of communication efforts to ensure effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Expertise in developing marketing and pricing strategies, along with proficiency in media production and communication techniques.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in mentoring and providing constructive feedback to team members.
- Knowledge of customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as familiarity with negotiation techniques.
