Join our team as a Partner Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our partner support capabilities and contributing to the growth of our innovative network. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve partner issues across various channels, ensuring timely and high-quality support.
- Oversee daily operations of the partner support queue, triaging inquiries and directing them to appropriate teams.
- Identify and document recurring issues to enhance automation and self-service options for partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data and access issues, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain and expand the knowledge base for self-service, capturing resolved inquiries for future reference.
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B support, partner operations, or program operations with a focus on quality service.
- Strong written communication skills, capable of managing high-volume support requests professionally.
- Ability to recognize patterns in support requests and suggest improvements to processes.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and committed to providing timely follow-ups.
- Experience in AI-driven support models is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with support platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, or Intercom.
- Prior experience with partner or channel programs, contributing to knowledge bases or help centers.
- Proficiency in a second language is advantageous as the role may regionalize.
