Responsibilities

• Identify and address gaps in current processes, proposing solutions for improvement.
• Review and validate business requirements, policies, and procedures for accuracy.
• Assist in testing applications to ensure compliance with established requirements.
• Contribute to the development and review of training materials for team members.
• Monitor project progress, providing updates and addressing any roadblocks.

Skills

• Proven experience in business analysis, particularly within medical claims processing systems.
• Strong understanding of system implementation and configuration.
