Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor the team in adopting Scrum practices to boost productivity and collaboration.

- Advise on changes that enhance the Scrum team's efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the Product Owner in prioritizing the Product Backlog to maximize value delivery.
- Organize and lead Scrum events to foster team engagement and progress.
- Encourage self-organization and cross-functional teamwork within the development team.
Skills
- Proven experience in technical project management with a focus on agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and its application in project management.
- Expertise in SAFe Agile Methodology to drive project success.
- Knowledge of cyber security practices to ensure project integrity.
- Proficiency in information security to safeguard project data.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in coaching teams for agile transformation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to facilitate productive Scrum events and workshops.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between stakeholders and team members.
