Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of digital asset initiatives, focusing on stablecoin and tokenized deposit use cases.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress across various workstreams.
• Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of project components.
• Prepare executive-level updates and presentation materials to communicate progress and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and risk teams to integrate evolving guidance into program plans.

Skills

• Extensive experience in technology program or project management within financial services or payments.
• Proficiency in managing cross-enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital assets, stablecoins, or modern payment systems.
• Familiarity with bank operating environments and regulatory constraints.
