We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for coordinating project timelines and ensuring successful project execution.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, outlining tasks, estimating labor needs, and coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to align on project goals and deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and analyze performance data to forecast risks and propose solutions.
- Provide regular status reports to management and stakeholders on project health, timelines, and key milestones.
- Assist in planning resource allocation and priorities to keep projects on track and within budget.
Skills
- Proficiency in project scheduling software, such as MS Projects.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate project data and identify risks.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to manage complex timelines and maintain detailed records.
