We are seeking a creative and passionate Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing innovative designs that resonate with our audience and elevate our brand.

Responsibilities

• Research global markets to identify new seasonal trends, silhouettes, and fabrics, focusing on Outerwear and Shirting categories.
• Develop concepts and sketches for the Main line collection, advocating for design ideas through presentations to internal leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Production, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution from concept to store.
• Create tech packs and communicate design visions to ensure quality and desired margin targets are achieved.
• Participate in fittings and work closely with the Product Development and Technical teams to maintain high standards.
• Assemble and maintain presentation boards for internal and external meetings.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of market competitors and current design trends.
• Proficiency in developing sketches and CADs for digital presentations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable design concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in fashion design or a related field.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
• Strong point of view on current and upcoming fashion trends.
• Ability to lead design initiatives and mentor junior team members.
