Responsibilities

• Identify and document device populations within MSS and Telecom, detailing attributes, ownership, and context.
• Analyze communication flows and dependencies to support secured segmentation.
• Translate technical dialogues into actionable segmentation requirements and validation artifacts.
• Ensure enforceable segmentation and validated communication pathways using ServiceNow as the reference tool.
• Maintain comprehensive traceability between device inventories and operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with various teams to authenticate real-world constraints and behaviors.

Skills

• 5–8+ years experience as a Technical/Systems Business Analyst focusing on infrastructure, networking, or security.
• Deep understanding of foundational networking concepts such as IP networking, routing, and segmentation.
• Proficiency in crafting clear documentation from complex technical information.
• Ability to define and document technical requirements and validation criteria efficiently.
• Adept at working across diverse teams in large-scale enterprise environments.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with network segmentation and access controls.
• Familiarity with CMDB tools like ServiceNow is advantageous.
• Experience in managing multiple device classes or complex tech domains.
• Exposure to enterprise-level security frameworks such as Zero Trust.
