Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to gather and understand business requirements.
• Design, code, test, and implement application software, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
• Support and maintain application software across the full systems life cycle, delivering quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Contribute to component and data architecture design and make recommendations for code development or reuse.
• Engage in product evaluation, performance monitoring, and assist in buy versus build decision-making.

Skills

• Proficiency in Java and .NET for application development.
• Strong expertise in middleware and integration systems.
• Solid understanding of systems analysis, design, and software development methodologies.
• Experience in quality assurance and integration methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IBM FileNet platform migration projects.
• Knowledge of site reliability engineering practices.
• Strong platform engineering and middleware administration skills.
