Join our dynamic team as a Senior Software Developer & Middleware Engineer where you will play a key role in modernizing and refactoring applications to support our migration projects. Bring your strong coding skills and expertise to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of our enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and team members to gather and understand business requirements.
- Design, code, test, and implement application software, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
- Support and maintain application software across the full systems life cycle, delivering quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Contribute to component and data architecture design and make recommendations for code development or reuse.
- Engage in product evaluation, performance monitoring, and assist in buy versus build decision-making.
Skills
- Proficiency in Java and .NET for application development.
- Strong expertise in middleware and integration systems.
- Solid understanding of systems analysis, design, and software development methodologies.
- Experience in quality assurance and integration methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IBM FileNet platform migration projects.
- Knowledge of site reliability engineering practices.
- Strong platform engineering and middleware administration skills.
