Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for IT infrastructure in varied settings such as office environments, reservation centers, and airport locations.
• Execute installation, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests with precision and safety.
• Conduct field visits to diagnose errors, determine solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Generate detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation of technical solutions.
• Create and implement workaround procedures when standard protocols do not resolve issues.
• Monitor data performance to offer technical assistance and ensure solutions align with scheduling requirements.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with customers through effective communication and service delivery.

Skills

• Proficiency in deinstalling and installing IT equipment with minimal supervision.
• Expertise in handling large-scale IT moves within tight deadlines.
• Ability to accurately follow test scripts to confirm correct installation.
• Willingness and flexibility to work overnight shifts as needed.
