• Provide operational support for IT equipment installation, movement, and setup in office and airport locations
• Deliver exceptional service and technical support during field visits
• Identify and troubleshoot technical problems, ensuring effective solutions
• Create detailed service and performance reports
• Document processes and solutions for complex issues
• Build strong, positive relationships with clients and team members

Skills

• Proficient in installing and uninstalling IT equipment safely and efficiently
• Adept at working independently and following detailed instructions
• Experience with tight timeframe IMAC (install, move, add, change) projects
• Ability to diagnose errors and offer tech solutions on the go

Preferred Skills

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts if required
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
