• Document procedures accurately and develop innovative solutions for complex technical problems.
• Build strong, positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

Skills

• Proficient in the quick and safe installation and deinstallation of IT equipment.
• Adept at following detailed instructions and working independently.
• Experience in large IT equipment relocations under tight deadlines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software and setup errors.

Preferred Skills

• Flexibility to handle overnight shifts if needed.
• Experience with conducting or assisting in complex technical tasks and solutions.
