Join us as a Senior Frontend Engineer tasked with shaping and maintaining cutting-edge digital banking applications. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in creating dynamic web applications to enhance business client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop, and sustain Angular-based single-page applications to bolster digital banking functions.
- Create reusable UI components using TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Modernize legacy frontend systems while ensuring stability and backward compatibility.
- Integrate frontend apps with backend services using RESTful APIs.
- Maintain and refine unit tests using Jasmine or Karma frameworks.
- Participate in Agile workflows and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Engage in peer code reviews and offer guidance to junior engineers.
Skills
- Over 5 years of frontend development experience in enterprise settings.
- Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficient with Node.js for frontend-adjacent development.
- Experience in integrating REST APIs and working from specifications.
- Adept with modular or microfrontend architectures.
- Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
- Background in financial services or regulated environments.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency with payment, transfer, and entitlement-driven user flows.
- Exposure to hybrid or web-based mobile solutions.
- Experience in mobile build generation or support.
- Capability in mentoring fellow engineers or leading technical initiatives.
