Become a key player in our Real Estate team as an Assistant Project Manager, ensuring seamless operation and successful execution of office construction projects. Use your organization skills to manage the backbone administrative tasks that drive progress.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project documents, budgets, and schedules effectively to meet deadlines and project goals using PM software.
- Initiate and track purchase requisitions and orders through approval systems for workplace needs.
- Handle legal compliance tasks including submission and monitoring of NDAs and vendor agreements, alongside oversight of insurance certificates.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks across various platforms independently.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate or construction sectors.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and basic spreadsheet tracking applications.
- Experience working with legal and procurement teams, handling purchase requisitions and orders efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in dynamic tech environments or fast-paced corporate settings.
- Familiarity with lease administration and construction project management software is advantageous.
