Join our dynamic team as we drive innovation in supply chain management! We're seeking a Business Analyst II who will oversee critical product supply chain initiatives, working cross-functionally to achieve excellence and cost optimization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with diverse teams to streamline operational processes and execute programs effectively
- Act as the central communicator for supply chain decisions, tracking progress, and providing insightful feedback
- Integrate data from various departments to recommend strategies for enhanced operation and cost reduction
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures, analyzing total cost factors including service and logistics
- Manage the timing requirements throughout product phases and coordinate post-launch changes efficiently
- Investigate and improve processes for sustained operational excellence across the product lifecycle
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years in strategic sourcing or supply chain management in technical industries
- Proficient in data analysis and interpretation for actionable insights
- Ability to lead and influence teams without formal authority
- Expertise in supplier management and tracking performance
- Knowledge of global supply chains related to hardware and electromechanical products
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree such as an MBA or MS in a relevant field
- Experience in technology-intensive industries such as robotics or electromechanical systems
- Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems like Oracle, SAP, and Agile
- Proven record in cost and lead-time optimization strategies
- Skills in scenario planning and trade compliance management
- Outstanding presentation and executive communication abilities
- Expertise in the Product Development Process (PDP) frameworks
