• Develop strategic insights from data analysis to enhance client strategies and storytelling efforts.
• Create and conduct tailored training sessions to equip clients with analytics capabilities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation to support analytics enablement.
• Adapt to evolving business challenges while ensuring consistent client satisfaction.

Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
• Exceptional ability to articulate insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Adept at leading client discussions with a strategic, consultative approach.
• Strong storytelling capabilities backed by data interpretation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in collaborative agency environments is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Adobe Tags and Real-Time CDP is advantageous.
• Certifications in Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics are a plus.
• Background in training or mentoring team members can set you apart.
