Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive program delivery for multi-year people technology projects from start to finish.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and collaborate across various departments to align program objectives with business goals.
- Manage program governance, including regular initiative reviews and risk assessments to support informed decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring smooth program execution across engineering, IT operations, and related fields.
- Oversee the technology lifecycle, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and system integration.
- Implement initiatives for operational excellence, such as infrastructure optimization and performance monitoring
- Address program risks with proactive problem-solving and clear stakeholder communication.
- Work with finance teams to manage budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Skills
- Experience with Workday HCM and mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
- 8+ years executing complex transformation programs in operations consulting, strategy, or enterprise technology.
- 6+ years leading enterprise technology program delivery including HCM platforms.
- Competence in executing transformations from development through operational handoff.
- Strong executive communication skills with C-level engagement.
- Demonstrated skills in technology vendor management and budget oversight.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leveraging AI in past roles.
- Relevant industry-specific experience - ride-sharing, mobility, or similar consumer-facing platforms with high transaction volumes, real-time data processing, and regulatory complexity around transportation/logistics.
