Join a dynamic team to drive partner enablement and operations, bridging the gap between technical systems and seamless partner experiences. Leverage your expertise in LMS administration and support management to elevate our certification programs and learning paths.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure LMS systems to facilitate partner learning experiences, ensuring smooth access and tiering configurations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the enablement support inbox, efficiently resolving queries and ensuring timely escalations.
- Oversee certification processes, including participant data checks and adherence to program policies.
- Document operational procedures, assisting in the potential automation and identifying areas for improvement.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in learning operations, certification program operations, or partner programs, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Deep, hands-on experience administering modern LMS systems (Skilljar strongly preferred), including allow lists, learner groups, learning path configuration, enrollment rules, and domain/SSO setup.
- Strong technical understanding of how an LMS integrates with surrounding systems, including partner portals, Salesforce, identity providers, and data warehouses, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues across the stack.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, light formula and scripting work, and dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, or Salesforce reports) to monitor learner progress, certification throughput, and data integrity across systems.
- Experience owning certification operations, including candidate data flows, exam delivery integrations (e.g., Pearson VUE or similar proctoring vendors), credential issuance, and ensuring clean data pipelines from LMS into partner portal and Salesforce for reporting and attribution.
