Join our team as a Project Coordinator and take charge of dynamic roofing projects, driving seamless execution and accurate data management across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and activation of projects related to roofing asset replacements and warranty tasks.
- Maintain and enhance project management tools to ensure accurate, real-time data visibility.
- Manage work orders and facilitate project closures, enabling timely vendor payments.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications and support the tracking of project milestones.
- Draft and handle communications related to project highlights and key developments.
Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with an aptitude for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools, including Smartsheet and SAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on data precision and adherence to compliance.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in facilities management or involvement in construction coordination.
- Familiarity with additional software platforms such as Maximo and Procore.
- A strong orientation towards customer service and the ability to work effectively within a team.
