JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dedicated User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving innovative research and designing impactful digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to streamline research operations across multiple initiatives.
  • Design effective systems to track and report on ongoing research activities.

  • Six or more years of experience in UX operations or related fields.
  • Strong experience in supporting research and design teams in intricate settings.
  • Expertise in planning, tracking, and managing research studies proficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills tailored for collaboration.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in crafting frameworks to evaluate research impact effectively.
  • Adept in mapping user journeys across various audience segments.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in fast-paced, evolving environments.
