Skills
- Six or more years of experience in UX operations or related fields.
- Strong experience in supporting research and design teams in intricate settings.
- Expertise in planning, tracking, and managing research studies proficiently.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills tailored for collaboration.

- Experience in crafting frameworks to evaluate research impact effectively.
- Adept in mapping user journeys across various audience segments.
