Responsibilities
- Develop and test software to align features with strategic business goals.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure deliverables meet user requirements.
- Participate in agile practices, including story sizing and project documentation.
- Create and execute unit tests and automated scripts to uphold code quality standards.
- Continuously improve processes adhering to standard software design methodologies.
Skills
- 3-5 years of engineering experience with a solid grasp of software development principles.
- Proficiency in GitHub, Java, Kafka, and Kotlin.
- Experience in test-driven development and software test automation.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to a fast-paced work setting.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Grafana, Redis, and SpringBoot tools.
- Experience in project management using Confluence and JIRA.
- Knowledge of ElasticSearch and GenAI technologies.
- Scrum certification is advantageous.
