We are seeking a dedicated Senior Cyber Security Analyst to oversee and enhance our disaster recovery program. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the resilience and recoverability of critical IT systems within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Govern and oversee the disaster recovery framework to ensure expectations for system recoverability are met.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses to identify critical applications and their recovery objectives.
- Facilitate and evaluate disaster recovery testing and simulations, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage disaster recovery-related risks and ensure timely remediation of issues identified during audits or testing.
- Provide guidance to application owners on disaster recovery planning and governance standards.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, IT risk management, or disaster recovery.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to document and communicate complex concepts effectively.
- Proficiency in disaster recovery frameworks such as ISO 22301 and NIST SP 80034.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a large or regulated enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with GRC tools or audit management platforms.
- Relevant certifications such as CBCP, CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
