Responsibilities

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports to track key procurement metrics.
• Develop and manage ETL pipelines and data models for reliable data consolidation.
• Automate reporting processes to streamline operations and reduce manual efforts.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to support procurement decision-making and improve performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate procurement datasets.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement operations.
• Create self-service tools that empower team members to access and interpret data independently.

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python preferred).
• Experience in building dashboards and visualizations using BI tools like QuickSight or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations environments.
• Knowledge of procurement metrics and vendor performance tracking.
• Strong communication skills to present data insights effectively to diverse audiences.
