Responsibilities

• Execute operational project plans and deliverables to support new product development programs.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with external vendors, ensuring timely material deliveries and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain project plans using tools such as MS Project or Planview.
• Prepare status reports and lead working meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
• Clarify design intent during interactions with vendors and partners.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Planview.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the medical device industry.
• Knowledge of FDA QSR and ISO 13485 standards.
• Background in vendor management and coordination.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on effective execution in ambiguous situations.
