We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our team in supporting innovative product development initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly impact project success.
Responsibilities
- Execute operational project plans and deliverables to support new product development programs.
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, ensuring timely material deliveries and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
- Maintain project plans using tools such as MS Project or Planview.
- Prepare status reports and lead working meetings to ensure alignment among stakeholders.
- Clarify design intent during interactions with vendors and partners.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant project coordination experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Planview.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the medical device industry.
- Knowledge of FDA QSR and ISO 13485 standards.
- Background in vendor management and coordination.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on effective execution in ambiguous situations.
