Responsibilities
- Lead engineering efforts for large commercial web platforms, ensuring top-notch performance and scalability
- Implement and optimize using React, with a focus on advanced techniques such as suspense, hooks, and React Fibre
- Drive improvements in performance and resource management through useLayoutEffect and InsertionEffect
- Collaborate closely with other teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Provide mentorship and leadership to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Skills
- Proven experience with React, including in-depth knowledge of suspense, hooks, and modern frameworks
- Strong background in building and scaling web platforms, with a minimum of 15 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with performance optimization in web applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Contentful CMS or similar platforms
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks
- Experience in a leadership role with a focus on team development and growth
