Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the product backlog in tandem with scrum and product teams.
- Drive sprint planning and ensure clear communication on product visions and progress.
- Create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders for successful project delivery.
- Document and track project strategies while propelling progress.
- Mentor team members to enhance overall performance and success.
Skills
- Minimum five years in product management with client-facing experience.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent presentation abilities.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication to articulate complex information.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in the healthcare payer domain or related product management.
- Knowledge of various software development life cycles, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience in digital agencies and awareness of digital trends.
