Responsibilities

• Develop and present creative concepts that enhance the visual storytelling of financial content across various platforms including social media, print, and digital.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and ensure designs align with business goals and adhere to brand standards.
• Update and refine existing creative materials in response to user feedback or evolving business needs.
• Ensure consistency in messaging and visuals across all channels through collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Actively seek feedback and continuously improve the performance of creative content while staying abreast of industry trends.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in graphic design with demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software for effective collaboration.
• Capability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
