Responsibilities

• Communicate progress and risks clearly, fostering transparency and accountability among all parties.
• Secure resources by collaborating with resource managers for appropriate staffing.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and compile meeting minutes.
• Ensure rigorous testing and implementation processes are followed for successful project delivery.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related fields.
• 4-6 years of hands-on project management experience with all aspects of process development and execution.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to handle scope changes, project risks, and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, staying calm under pressure.
• Capability to work on multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Finance or Brokerage industry.
• PMP Certification.
