Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality control processes throughout all stages of project development.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management within an advertising agency or internal creative department.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and client relations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project management software and tools to streamline workflows.
• Familiarity with metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and track project progress.
• Knowledge of the creative process and experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and cloud-based collaboration tools.
