• Document system performance and security incidents to improve operational procedures

Skills

• Expertise in Zscaler and VPN solutions with a strong foundation in network security
• Outstanding problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration and support

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Checkpoint security systems and F5 BIG-IP technology
• Experience in training and end-user support
• Understanding of security best practices and regulatory standards
